Events I Design & Decorate

I design and decorate weddings, quinceañeras, and celebrations of all kinds—including birthday and graduation parties, corporate events, and family gatherings. Every event is thoughtfully tailored to the space, the occasion, and the people at the heart of the celebration.

Every event is different, and every design begins with listening—guided by experience, thoughtful planning, and time-honored design and etiquette principles that help create welcoming, meaningful spaces for every type of gathering.

How the Process Works

① Design & Planning
We begin by talking through your event, your space, and what you’re envisioning. Together, we shape those ideas into a clear design direction from the start—so everything feels aligned and you never have to second-guess your decisions.

② Preparation & Coordination
Once the design is set, I take care of the details. Décor is thoughtfully selected, sourced, and coordinated to fit your event and your space. Everything happens behind the scenes, so all the pieces come together seamlessly.

③ Setup, Event, & Teardown
Your space is fully styled before the event and carefully taken down afterward. You arrive to a beautifully finished setting and leave without worrying about cleanup—free to be present, enjoy your guests, and savor every moment.

I design and decorate a wide range of celebrations, including weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, graduations, corporate events, and family gatherings. Each event is approached with care and creativity, and thoughtfully tailored to the space, the occasion, and the people being celebrated

Do you work with smaller or more intimate celebrations?

Absolutely. Meaningful celebrations come in all sizes. Whether you’re planning an intimate family gathering or a larger milestone event, my goal is always the same—to create a space that feels welcoming, intentional, and beautifully put together.

What if I don’t have a clear vision yet?

That’s completely okay. Many clients come to me with ideas, inspiration, or simply a feeling they want their event to have. I’ll guide you through the design process, help clarify your vision, and offer thoughtful suggestions so decisions feel comfortable and manageable—not overwhelming.

How involved do I need to be during the process?

As involved as you’d like to be. I’ll keep you informed and involved at key moments, but I handle the planning, coordination, and logistics behind the scenes. My goal is to make the process feel smooth and supportive, without taking up more of your time than necessary.

Are you present on the day of the event?

Yes. When included in your design package, I’m there to oversee setup, ensure everything looks just right, and manage details so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Knowing someone is taking care of things brings peace of mind on an important day.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes. I take care of setup before the event and coordinate with the venue for teardown afterward, so you don’t have to worry about logistics or cleanup. You arrive to a beautifully finished space and leave without stress—free to focus on your guests and the moment itself.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes, I work comfortably in both English and Spanish. Clear communication is very important to me, and I’m proud to serve a large Spanish-speaking community. I want every client to feel understood, supported, and at ease throughout the planning process.

How does pricing work?

Every event is unique, so pricing is based on the scope, size, and design needs of your celebration. After an initial conversation, I’ll provide a clear proposal so you know exactly what’s included. My goal is always transparency and making sure the services fit your event.

How far in advance should I reach out?

It’s best to reach out as early as possible, especially for larger events or popular dates. That said, availability can vary, so I always encourage clients to get in touch—even if their event is coming up soon.
